I think this will be the title of my next children's book. As much as this looks like a relaxing day at the beach it was just a short rest after a 68 mile hilly bike ride at Bear Mountain. Despite the heat, the Cheese was delicious.

Who carried all that stuff, or do you guys have you're own personal support van?
the cheese is definitely a significant element in this photo...i wonder what it all means....!?
I carry it for training purposes... plus it sounds like a good excuse why I can't keep up with those guys!
